Our Mediterra mass housing project, developed in Kyrenia, Alsancak region, is organized around two main axes, one with social activities and the other with a production theme.
The residential blocks with courtyards that define these axes and the passages-streets that connect these blocks are directly related to the main axes. Villa blocks are located along the stream front and are designed as autonomous structures within the site. The site is aimed at "modern village life" that accommodates modern life.
